Fosse Law are accredited under the Solicitors Regulation Authority Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme. We are based in Leicester and Loughborough and serve surrounding areas.

For offences dealt with by a Magistrates court, you qualify for free legal representation if it is considered to be in the interests of justice AND if you earn under £11,000 each year. If you earn between £11,000 and £21,000 you must satisfy a detailed means test.


Any other investigations such as by government departments or local councils, may qualify for Legal Aid, subject to a sufficient benefit and means test.
